Governor Jeb Bush Announces SGIS as Winner of the
2006 Governor’s Entrepreneurship Award

Fort Lauderdale , Florida (September 19, 2006) – SGIS took home the award for the 2006 Governor’s Entrepreneurship Award in Florida ’s Mega Market. Governor Jeb Bush presented the award at an exclusive ceremony at the Governor’s Mansion in Tallahassee , Florida . This prestigious award, bestowed by the Governor and Enterprise Florida , is given to a start-up company, less than five years old, which sets the standard for entrepreneurship and creativity. It is part of the Governor’s Business Diversification Awards, a statewide program that recognizes Florida companies in emerging and high-technology industries for their contributions to Florida ’s economic growth.
