About Hospice of the Comforter

Hospice of the Comforter is a community-based, non-profit Hospice serving terminally ill patients in Seminole, Orange and Osceola Counties in Florida since 1990.  Hospice of the Comforter offers a special kind of care designed to provide sensitivity and support for people in the final phase of a terminal illness.  Hospice care seeks to enable patients to carry on an alert, pain-free life and to manage other symptoms so that their days may be spent with dignity and quality, at home or in a home-like setting.  Because no patient is ever turned away and no patient or their family ever receives a bill, donations to the organization are fundamental in providing continued care for these individuals and support to their families.  For more information, go to www.hospiceofthecomforter.org.
