  SGIs to open new office hub in sierra vista, arizona

 

Sierra Vista, Arizona (April 17, 2007) – SGIS announced today that it will open a new regional office in Sierra Vista, Arizona.  The new hub location will better position the company within the Intelligence and Defense communities in Sierra Vista and surrounding areas, including Fort Huachuca.  Linda Beardsley, Division Vice President will be overseeing the office.  The new office is located at 4226 Avenida Cochise, Suite 14, Sierra Vista, Arizona 85635.

 

The new office location will allow SGIS to provide ongoing services and support to the 309th Military Intelligence (MI) Army Battalion in Fort Huachuca; SGIS was awarded a Constructive Training contract supporting the MI Army Battalion by General Dynamics Information Technology earlier this year.  Under this contract, SGIS provides live and constructive personnel training and simulation support services, including personnel with the technical and tactical expertise necessary to serve as Counter Intelligence Training Specialists, Instructors and Curriculum Developers for the 309th MI Battalion.  Once SGIS is more established in the region, the company plans to acquire additional business within the Intelligence and Defense industries.
